About

Travis LeRoy Southworth is a conceptual artist whose digital practice, active since the late 1990s, investigates the aesthetics of labor, perception, and the digital body in a world of manipulated images and online identities. Southworth is a recipient of a Fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts and an artist residency involving the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. He was also one of the first artists to create work on SuperRare in 2018. Southworth began integrating machine learning in his practice in 2019.
