Eidolons, 2023

In Eidolons I explore the spectral and ephemeral nature of digital art, a realm where the intangible takes form and the transient achieves permanence. These works draw inspiration from the ancient Greek concept of an ‘eidolon’ – a phantom, a spiritual double, an ideal form or a fallacy.
Eidolons are a collection of dynamic, digital portraits that slowly evolve over time, their movements almost ghostly, their presence spectral yet captivating. Each piece is a vibrant play of color and form, an ethereal echo of the human essence, a digital double that exists in the virtual realm. They are not merely reproductions, but unique entities with their own digital existence, their own aura.
